🛒 Ingredients You’ll Need

For the Chicken & Marinade:

  • 3 to 4 lbs Assorted chicken pieces (bone-in, skin-on thighs, drumsticks, and breasts) 🍗
  • 2 cups Buttermilk 🥛
  • 2 tbsp Louisiana-style hot sauce (like Crystal or Frank’s) 🌶️
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder 🧄
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder 🧅
  • 1 tbsp Paprika 🌶️
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper (double this if you want the “Spicy” version!) 🔥
  • 1 tbsp Salt 🧂
