Dan’s Old Fashioned White Bread – Don’t LOSE this Recipe 

⏱️ Prep, Rise & Bake Time

  • Prep time: 20 minutes
  • Rising time: 2 hours (Total for both rises)
  • Bake time: 30 to 35 minutes
  • Yield: 2 gorgeous, full-sized loaves 🍞🍞

🛒 Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 2 cups Warm water (ideally between 110°F to 115°F / 43°C to 46°C) 💧
  • 1.5 tbsp Active dry yeast (or 2 packets) 🌾
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar (or honey!) 🍯
  • 1 tbsp Salt 🧂
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly (plus extra for brushing) 🧈
  • 5.5 to 6 cups All-purpose flour or bread flour (divided) 🌾
