GOD’S GIFT FOR WOMEN: PREVENTS BLOOD CLOTS, CLEANSES THE BOWELS, PROTECTS HAIR FROM LOSS!
🧴 Recipe 2: DIY Flaxseed Gel for Hair Strength & Growth
Flaxseeds aren’t just for eating! They make an incredible, all-natural hair gel that coats the hair shaft, locks in moisture, and strengthens roots to prevent hair loss.
- Prep time: 2 mins
- Cook time: 10 mins
- Yield: Approx. 1 cup of gel
🛒 Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Whole Flaxseeds (as pictured in ) 🌾
- 2 cups Water 💧
- 3–5 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil (optional, but highly recommended for hair growth!) 🌿
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Pour the water and whole flaxseeds into a small saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring gently so the seeds don’t stick to the bottom.
- Let it boil for about 7 to 10 minutes. Watch closely: as soon as the liquid turns into a frothy, egg-white-like gel consistency, turn off the heat. Do not let it get too thick, or it will be hard to strain!
- Strain immediately while it’s hot. Place a fine-mesh strainer or a clean pantyhose/cheesecloth over a glass jar and pour the mixture through to separate the seeds from the gel.
- Allow the gel to cool completely. Once cool, stir in your rosemary essential oil.
💆♀️ How to Use:
- As a Hair Mask: Apply a generous amount to your scalp and hair strands. Leave it on for 30 minutes before washing your hair as usual.
- As a Leave-In Styler: Apply a dime-sized amount to damp hair to define curls and tame frizz naturally! Store the remaining gel in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. 🧊
