  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced or chopped 🍅
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped 🌿

🥒 The Creamy Herb Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 🥛
  • ½ cup cucumber, finely grated and squeezed of excess water 🥒
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced 🧄
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped 🌿
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
  • Salt to taste 🧂
