My son never had an easy time in school.
My name is Eleanor, and while other kids were getting invited to birthday parties, sleepovers, and weekend hangouts, my boy Daniel was usually sitting alone.
Nobody wanted him on their team.
Nobody saved him a seat at lunch.
And whenever group projects came around, he was always the last one chosen.
As the years passed, things only got worse.
The other students laughed at him, played cruel pranks on him, and treated him like he didn’t belong.
