For the Ribs & Dry Rub:

- 1 tbsp Brown sugar 🤎

- 1 tsp Onion powder 🧅

For the Sticky Honey Garlic Glaze:
- ½ cup Pure honey 🍯
- 6 cloves Garlic, finely minced 🧄
- ¼ cup Soy sauce (or tamari) 🧊
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar 🍏
- 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce (optional, for extra depth) 🥣
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated 🫚
- ½ tsp Red pepper flakes (optional, for a tiny hint of heat) 🌶️
