🛒 Ingredients You’ll Need

For the Ribs & Dry Rub:

  • 1 rack (approx. 3-4 lbs) Baby back ribs or St. Louis-style pork ribs 🍖
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar 🤎
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder 🧄
  • 1 tsp Onion powder 🧅
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika 🌶️
  • 1 tsp Salt & ½ tsp Black pepper 🧂

For the Sticky Honey Garlic Glaze:

  • ½ cup Pure honey 🍯
  • 6 cloves Garlic, finely minced 🧄
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce (or tamari) 🧊
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar 🍏
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce (optional, for extra depth) 🥣
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated 🫚
  • ½ tsp Red pepper flakes (optional, for a tiny hint of heat) 🌶️

For the Garnish:

  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds 🪵
  • 2 Green onions, thinly sliced 🌱
