🛒 Ingredients You’ll Need

For the Lemon Blueberry Loaf:

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour 🌾
  • 1 tsp Baking powder 🧬
  • ½ tsp Salt 🧂
  • ½ cup (1 stick) Unsalted butter, softened 🧈
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar 🤍
  • 3 large Eggs (room temperature) 🥚
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract 🍦
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon zest (about 2 lemons) 🍋
  • 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice 🍋💧
  • ½ cup Sour cream or plain Greek yogurt (the secret to an ultra-moist crumb!) 🥛
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries 🫐
  • 1 tbsp All-purpose flour (to toss with the blueberries) 🌾

For the Vibrant Lemon Glaze:

  • 1 cup Powdered sugar 🤍
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice 🍋💧
