🛒 Ingredients You’ll Need

For the Apple Filling:

  • 2 large Baking apples (like Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, or Fuji), peeled and finely diced 🍏
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice 🍋
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon 🟤
  • 1 tbsp Light brown sugar 🤎

For the Fritter Batter:

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour 🌾
  • ⅓ cup Granulated sugar 🤍
  • ¼ cup Light brown sugar, packed 🤎
  • 2 tsp Baking powder 🧬
  • 1.5 tsp Ground cinnamon 🟤
  • ½ tsp Ground nutmeg 🥥
  • ½ tsp Salt 🧂
  • ¾ cup Whole milk (or buttermilk) 🥛
  • 2 large Eggs 🥚
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter, melted and cooled 🧈
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract 🍦

For the Crackly Vanilla Glaze:

  • 1.5 cups Powdered sugar 🤍
  • 3 tbsp Whole milk or heavy cream 🥛
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract 🍦
