PECAN PIE BARS

🛒 Ingredients You’ll Need

For the Shortbread Crust:

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour 🌾
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar 🤍
  • ¼ tsp Salt 🧂
  • ¾ cup (1.5 sticks) Unsalted butter, cold and cubed 🧈

For the Gooey Pecan Filling:

  • 3 large Eggs (room temperature) 🥚
  • ¾ cup Light or dark brown sugar (packed) 🤎
  • ¾ cup Light corn syrup (or pure maple syrup) 🍯
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter, melted and cooled 🧈
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract 🍦
  • ¼ tsp Salt 🧂
  • 2 cups Chopped pecans (toasted for maximum flavor!) 🥜
