PECAN PIE BARS
🛒 Ingredients You’ll Need
For the Shortbread Crust:
- 2 cups All-purpose flour 🌾

For the Gooey Pecan Filling:
- 3 large Eggs (room temperature) 🥚
- ¾ cup Light or dark brown sugar (packed) 🤎
- ¾ cup Light corn syrup (or pure maple syrup) 🍯
- ¼ cup Unsalted butter, melted and cooled 🧈
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract 🍦
- ¼ tsp Salt 🧂
- 2 cups Chopped pecans (toasted for maximum flavor!) 🥜
