- Method B (Blender): If you don’t have a juicer, don’t worry! Add your chopped celery, herbs, squeezed lime juice, and a splash of cold water into a high-speed blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and pulverized.

- If you used the blender method, place a fine-mesh strainer or a nut milk bag over a large glass pitcher.
- Pour the blended green mixture into the bag and squeeze firmly to separate the smooth juice from the thick pulp.
