  1. Remove the cake from the oven and let it sit undisturbed in the pan on a wire cooling rack for 20 minutes.
  2. Place your serving platter upside down over the top of the pan, carefully flip both upside down, and gently lift the pan away. Let the cake cool completely before slicing!
