Turn the heat down to medium-low. Toss your rinsed, drained white beans directly into the skillet just to warm them through for 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat, toss them with a tiny splash of olive oil, a pinch of black pepper, and half of your finely chopped fresh parsley. 🫘🌿

4. Fry Your Sunshine Egg

Wipe out the skillet if needed and add a tiny drop of oil. Crack your large egg directly into the pan over medium-low heat. Cook for 3 minutes until the egg whites are completely set and opaque, but the beautiful yellow yolk remains perfectly fluid, glossy, and golden. 🍳✨

5. Assemble the Masterpiece Plate

Grab a wide, clean dinner plate and let’s organize our wellness wheel:

  • Lay down the tender roasted asparagus spears along one edge.
